HCG Drops vs. Injections: What to Choose?

There are a lot of people who are a bit confused with what they should take. Some are confused if they should take HCG drops or HCG injections. A lot of people know that HCG drops can be easier to consume because they can just be taken at the comfort of their own homes while HCG injections would have to be administered at private clinics or hospitals. The HCG drops and HCG injections are commonly referred to as methods of application.

HCG Drops

Contrary to what people believe in, HCG drops can come in two forms namely Homeopathic HCG drops and Pharmaceutical HCG drops.

Pharmaceutical drops are very easy to use because they simply need to be dropped under the tongue. They are readily absorbed by the skin and the hormone can already spread throughout the body through the various hormones that are available there. The thing about pharmaceutical drops is that they can cause quite a bit of money. They do not cost as much as HCG injections but they can cause more as compared to Homeopathic HCG drops. The fact that they would need to be taken often can put off a lot of people too.

Homeopathic drops are almost similar to Pharmaceutical HCG drops. The main difference is simply that is more affordable. This is usually the choice of people who would like to try the HCG diet without having to undergo injections and without having to spend so much money in the process. Homeopathic drops would need to be taken about 2 – 6 times a day and before swallowing; they would need to stay under the tongue for a full minute.

Do remember that after taking in HCG drops, people are not allowed to eat or drink anything for as long as 15 minutes. This can be very hard for some people especially those who cannot stand the taste of the drops that they have purchased.

HCG Injections

There are some people who prefer HCG injections simply because they know that they will be getting enough amounts of the HCG hormone directly. Those who have been taking the HCG diet since the 90’s already know how effective this type of injection is so they feel that HCG drops whether they are pharmaceutical or homeopathic do not work as well as the HCG injections.

The main drawback or what makes people hesitant of taking in this type of injection is the fact that it would need to be injected directly into the body. This can be very hard to do especially because some people just do not like injections. Injections are usually placed on the abdominal area but they may also be injected in other parts of the body. Some people who would need to take the injections are required to go to clinics or hospitals just to take it while others take it at home and inject the HCG themselves.

This type of method can prove to be risky especially if people do not know how they can inject properly. It might be easier to do if people have helpers who are knowledgeable about this but there is also a chance that if the helper does not know how to inject, it can be full of hassle.

Aside from having to inject the injections, there is also a great deal that would have to be placed on the mixing of the HCG as well as making sure that the proper dosage is available each time. There is always a chance that people will not know the correct dosages that they need to inject. Proper knowledge and being meticulous is needed in order to make this effective.

Final Word

It is quite obvious that these two methods of taking HCG have their own advantages and disadvantages. In the end, it would depend on people on what they think will be more beneficial for them. Some people may like drops better because it is easy to use while others would prefer using HCG injections because they know that it is more effective. It would always depend on people and what they think works best not only for their bodies but for their time and schedules as well.
